I am a kindhearted Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I use nourishing touch and clinical-based therapy to help reduce pain for my clients, as well as relax and enhance their overall state-of-mind, body and soul.  My ultimate goal is to have you walk out of my door feeling refreshed, relaxed, pain free and with a smile on your face!

I graduated from Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, NC in 2009 with my Certificate in Massage and Bodywork Therapy. There, I believe that I was trained by some of the best Instructors on the East Coast. I learned in depth, both Neuromuscular Therapy and Swedish Massage Treatments. I am constantly continuing my education for the benefit of my clients by learning new modalities and new and exciting beneficial treatments.

I love to be able to use my skills as a tool in helping others physically, mentally and emotionally. My ultimate goal is to have you walk out of my door feeling, refreshed, relaxed, pain free and with a smile on your face!
